Storification

    Terms of Sale and Use

    These terms apply when you use storification.net or buy from us. The site is run by Cubic Films Pty Ltd (ABN 49 621 439 281), 97 Henrietta Street, Waverley NSW 2024, Australia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refunds page and our Privacy Policy.

    Products

    • Storification ebook, audiobook and softcover book by Jim Lounsbury.
    • The Storification course.
    • One-to-one strategy sessions with Jim.
    • The free Story Engine report.

    Prices and payment

    • Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) or US dollars (USD), depending on where you are. Australian visitors pay AUD; all other visitors pay USD. You pay the price and currency shown at checkout.
    • Shipping for print copies is shown at checkout and added to the price.
    • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation.

    Pre-orders and delivery

    • Storification is published on 20 November 2026. Ebook pre-orders are emailed to you on launch day. The audiobook is available from 4 December 2026.
    • Print copies are printed on demand and shipped by our printer, Lulu. Print pre-orders ship from launch week. Delivery times depend on your location and are estimates only.
    • Course access details are emailed after purchase.
    • If launch or delivery dates change, we'll email you, and you can cancel any undelivered pre-order for a full refund.

    Strategy sessions

    • Sessions are booked through our online calendar after payment. Each session includes a softcover copy of Storification, shipped when you book (or in launch week if you book before 20 November 2026).
    • Session payments are non-refundable, but you can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. See our Refunds page.

    Launch bonus

    • The first 50 buyers get a free 30-minute story review call with Jim. The offer closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 22 November 2026, or earlier if all 50 are claimed.
    • One call per buyer. The bonus has no cash value and can't be transferred.

    Refunds

    See our Refunds page. Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

    Your use of our content

    • The ebook, audiobook, course and reports are for your personal use. Please don't copy, share, resell or publicly post them without our written permission.
    • All content on this site is copyright Cubic Films Pty Ltd or Jim Lounsbury.

    Story Engine

    The Story Engine uses AI to generate a report from your answers. It's general guidance to help you think about your story, not professional business, legal or financial advice. Please check anything important before relying on it.

    Liability

    To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not responsible for indirect losses. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
